Mentoring Future Singaporean Leaders
This is a 3 to 6 months mentoring program where ARK Connect matches up and coming Singaporean managers with progressive leaders of their industries. These leaders have readily agreed to take time out of their busy schedules to support the development of Singapore-core leaders.
The program had its pilot kick-off with the HR fraternity in March 2024.
