Joanne's journey into the realm of recruitment commenced after a dynamic five-year stint in her family business. Over the subsequent 17 years, she navigated diverse roles within a global recruitment powerhouse, amassing a wealth of experience in recruiting HR professionals, steering teams, and spearheading regional client acquisitions and development endeavors across Asia. Not one who rests on her laurel, Joanne is also recognized as a certified coach. 

Joanne is known for her consultative and solutions-focused approach, forging partnerships between organizations and candidates that yield optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

Following a season of rejuvenation Joanne embarked upon a 800km hike across Spain with an epiphany which leads her to establish ARK Connect. 

In this season which she defines as "Jo Chua 2.0", Joanne seamlessly blends her proficiencies in recruitment, leadership, and entrepreneurship with a profound commitment to championing the mental health cause. Joanne's journey is not just a professional evolution; it is a purposeful alignment of her strengths to back a cause close to her heart, and ARK Connect stands as a testament to her dedication to both professional excellence and societal well-being.
